In October 2012 the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation awarded Foundation Years the reconfiguration of the basement of the Shehu Shagari Complex in the Three Arms Zone, Abuja: the former Presidential Complex, close to the National Assembly and the Supreme Court.
The contract set an eight-week completion period from signing, for work inside a working federal government complex.
