About the project
In July 2012 the Universal Basic Education Commission awarded Foundation Years the construction of a library at Federal Government College, Okposi, a federal unity school in Ohaozara Local Government Area of Ebonyi State.
The library was one of a group of school libraries the Commission procured that year, giving the college's students a dedicated place to read and study.
